Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:30 am
If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, please check with reception. (Service subject to availability) .
Pay
- Payment for the stay is made directly at the hotel.
- For certain rates, promotions or special periods, the hotel may require prepayment and/or a credit card as a guarantee of the reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate booked and the season.
As a general rule:
- Cancellations made outside the deadline or non-shows may involve a charge of one night or the total amount of the reservation, depending on the applicable rate.
We recommend that you check the specific conditions during the booking process, where deadlines and possible charges will be indicated in detail.
Pets
Pets are welcome at our hotel. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that pet owners respect the following rules:
- Pets are not allowed on the beds.
- They are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the hotel.
- It is not permitted to leave them alone in the rooms.
- During nighttime rest, they cannot bark or make noise.
- Access to the restaurant and breakfast buffet is not permitted; however, access to the bar is allowed.
The pet supplement is 15€ per night.
If these rules are not respected, the hotel reserves the right to request the eviction of guests from the premises.
Tourist tax
In accordance with current regulations, the stay is subject to payment of the tourist tax.
This fee is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid directly to the hotel. The amount and any applicable exemptions are subject to current legislation.
